In Class:  Topic 11:  Section 2 – The Rock Cycle.  (Review Book 231-232).

Expectations:  Students will be able to identify and explain how rocks change type based on the rock cycle.

Homework:  Review Book pages 232-234 (16-37).

12 March 2024:

In Class:  Topic 11:  Section 3 – Mineral Resources.  (Review Book 234-237).

Expectations:  Students will be able to list common uses of various minerals.

Due:  Review Book pages 232-234 (16-37)

Homework:  Review Book pages 237 (38-47)

13 March 2024:

No Class:  Earth Science does not meet on Wednesday.

14 March 2024:

Lab #19:  Finish the Sedimentary Rock Identification Lab.

Expectations:  Students will be able to observe characteristics of and identify sedimentary rocks using PS/ESRT page 16.

15 March 2024:

No Class:  Conferences.
