Expectations:  Students are preparing for the Topics 3 & 4 exam.

24 October 2023:

In Class:  Begin Apparent Motions of Celestial Objects.  (Review Book pages 60-62)

Expectations:  Students will be able to read maps and models and calculate angles and positions of apparent motions of the sun, moon, stars and planets.

Homework:  Review Book pages 62-63 (1-14).

25 October 2023:

No Class:  Earth Science does not meet on Wednesday.

26 October 2023:

Lab 7:
Complete the Path of the Sun Lab.
Here is a Path of the Sun Key to help you.

Expectations:  Students will be able to calculate the season and hours of daylight from a hemisphere path of the sun plot.

Due:  Review Book pages 62-63 (1-14).

Homework:  Finish the Path of the Sun lab report.
