NGC 6611 (M16 or The Eagle Nebula) in Serpens
NGC 6611, M16, an open star cluster and HII emission nebula in Serpens.
Contained in M16, the nearly white Eagle Nebula, are the Pillars of Creation.
The larger nebulosity, IC 4703, is the Star Queen Nebula.
Another open cluster of tiny stars, Tr 32, is visible in the upper left.
